This workshops has roots in the Metta Bhavna meditation in Buddhism. It is a practice for the greater scheme of the quality of positivity and awareness in your mind. In this session our focus with concentrate on the treasures we recognize within ourselves and others. It’s is not what you think it is, I promise; we will also write one to the most difficult person in your life right now too… Bring an open mind. There will be music, meditation and creative writing.
