I combine deep structural work with acupressure, reflexology and tantric integration (not the sexy one) to put the deepest levels back into their homeostatic position. We go all in to "unstick" the parts of you that have been sitting at a desk or carrying a heavy backpack and prevent future compounded pain. We start with a quick consultation going over any areas you’re struggling with and why. Take home are some stretches and a few bespoke suggestions to experiment with.
