We’re deconstructing the ISOLATED individual and bringing back the lost art of SHOWING UP for one another. Research says the fastest route to HAPPINESS is helping someone- this event is where we get to FINALLY do that. To practice the JOY of generosity and petition can be a real teacher for bonding in community. A master list of needs and offerings will be generated but mainly this is for you to see the face of a community member and learn to CONNECT.
**Everyone should please bring a dish to share - it doesn’t need to be Michelin Star!
Apart from eating and chatting we will share ideas on what support and resilience means to us and stories when we have either helped or been helped that were critical in our lives. A short meditation to finish things off too. Please JOIN US in our efforts to repair some broken bits in modern society.
